BUYER BEWARE!! They will sell you a car knowing there are problems. They do not offer any lender/rental while they work on your car. They had my car for 5 days leaving me to pay for Uber's to and from work. “No problems were found” …. Now I am sitting broke down in a parking lot in this lemon, alone, in the cold! Please don't let this happen to you. I have never regretted purchasing a car in 25 years. Absolutely devastated, and its freezing. Yall literally left me in the cold! No one deserves this.

Drove 150+ miles to buy a car after remotely discussing and negotiating with the Internet sales manager. After an agreed upon price in writing, drove 3 hours to the dealership only to be told that the price could not be honored, spent a considerate amount of time negotiating again, had to settle paying $1500 more than agreed upon initially and was told that financing was mandatory, otherwise a cash deal would be $1000 more.

We felt deceived because they did not disclose the car was a rental; they just said it had one owner. They also required us to purchase a $3000 warranty that we did not ask for.
Purchase experience was good but vehicle quality control is lacking. Had to spend over $1,000 to replace front & rear brake pads and the rear rotors less than a week after purchasing the vehicle. Also had to replace the brake fluid as that notification was active once I learned how to use the system. VW of Gainesville should have replaced the front & rear brake pads and replaced the brake fluid prior to selling. Had engine replaced in October and the dealer kept my car for a month. Car continued to have issues with EPC and Check engine light but advisor Edwin suggested the could diagnose anything if there were no lights. I explained the light kept coming on and off. After riding 15000 miles over the 12000 warranty on the new engine the dealer claimed I need three fuel injectors and that my warranty expired and the staff has been EXTREMELY rude and laughed at the fact I couldn’t afford the 3500 repair. Very easy. Never felt like I was being scammed. Everything was laid out, I read the contract, matched exactly what was said. The value was exactly what I thought. No hidden fees or extras. xxxx, they even gave me more than I thought.
Vehicle was $18,000 and I knew before I got there the total was going to be about $20,000 cause I mean, that's normal fees, taxes, etc. It ended up being basically exactly where I thought at $20,000. Was used so was through a lease company so the interest showed $23,000 as the total, but total was $20,000 without that interest.

Hanna n camera sold me a 2021 Nissan frontier n failed to tell me the truck was once totaled n had a remake title t not original . I was forced into signing a loan agreement rather than allowing me to pay cash. I still don't know what the fees are going to be to sign a loan agreement with Grow Financial. I am very nervous about those fees.

Amazing experience! From the service techs to the sales men. They were to help when I was in a bind on the road. Couldn't thank them enough.
Alex was very friendly and easy to work with. no pressure at all, they even drove me the paperwork 90 miles away so i didn't have to leave work.
Overall, I was happy with the price of the car with my trade-in, but I think more time and explanation needs to be given regarding all the documents that you have to sign as well as what is included in all the additional coverage options that they offer.
